Jason is a professor of management and critical thinking with a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations and 20 years of experience in the financial services, management consulting, and higher education industries. He is a former banking vice president and Hogan certified consultant who has worked with Fortune 500 companies like The Home Depot, Phillips 66, and General Electric. 

He regularly presents and speaks at academic and management conferences utilizing evidence-based solutions and his own, proprietary research including peer-reviewed publications, working papers, and grants on strategic management, organizational behavior, and leadership.
